Kingsdyke Karpets supply carpets from the top manufacturers and we hold quality very high. We therefore take any and all complaints very seriously. We ask though that customers bare in mind the following:

Whilst we have a large amount of stock in store, we cannot hold all types of carpets. It is likely that stock not held by us will have to be ordered from the manufacturer. A delivery time of two to three weeks is usual, however this is only a guide.

When buying pile carpets, shading may occur. This is NOT a manufacturing defect and will not affect the wear life of your carpet. This occurs when the pile lies or is brushed in different directions and therefore reflects light differently.

All carpets fade over time. This is generally caused by direct sunlight. This is NOT a product fault.

The colouring of carpets may look slightly different when fitted in your home. This is due to differences in lighting. We therefore recommend that you take advantage of our free Home Service to give you a more accurate representation of the actual colour.

Pile will flatten, especially in areas of heavier use, such as walkways and in front of chairs. This is NOT a product fault.
